What is a super App.
A super App is a Mobile application that provides a variety of unrelated services via a single mobile interface.
Tata Group as we all know, is a much respected brand and is called the Salt to Software Conglomerate, indicating the huge range of business they are involved into. Tata has their unique way of doing business and is highly regarded for its integrity. It can be seen in recent years, that the group is gearing up to meet new age challenges and a lot of new initiatives are being rolled out across its group companies.
The idea of a Super app is one such initiative. The group is widely involved in so many varied businesses and discussions were going on for a long time about a common program which will encompass all the services of the group under one umbrella. In the past, when loyalty cards were getting introduced into the country,a Tata Loyalty card was discussed in many forums. While many of the Tata Group companies ran their own loyalty programs, a program which covered all the businesses never materialised.
Today mobile applications are ruling the world and Tata Group with its own expertise in the digital and software world, finally seized the opportunity and delivered the Super app, TATA NEU.

Tata NEU: Super App, Super Package
TATA has done an impressive work with the first Super app in the country. Almost all TATA Brands have come under the roof NEU. Those yet to join include the likes of automaker Tata Motors and we understand they are all joining the App soon.
The App offers various e commerce services in product and Services as well as Financial Services. It even offers insurance,UPI Payment and many such features.
Neupass- The Loyalty Program
The app has an in built Loyalty program called NEUPASS. Every time a customer uses the App, they get NEU coins in the form of 5% on transactions and these can redeemed against the services available in the App. Currently many of the top Brands from the Group like IHCL(Taj group of hotels),Air Asia,Chroma,Star Bucks etc have joined in and as already discussed other joining soon. The App already has been downloaded 2.2 Million times and transactions through the App are encouraging according to sources.

-The App will be open to Brands outside TATA Group in future
-It will evolve based on the Customer needs.
